These transfers were sold on ebay, and are not from my collection. The low-resolution photos were pretty bad, but I have cleaned and enlarged them. I think they are now at least traceable (click for full size).
This cute nursery pattern (No. 20782) was published by Weldon’s (no date).
The second pattern (No. 39) was published by Needlewoman & Needlecraft in the 1930s.
Thank you – they are just darling! It is snowing something fierce where I live…in Canada…and the sight of spring animals is a welcome one!
Hi
Would you mind emailing me is you have a moment I cant find a contact email address for you and I wanted to ‘talk’ to you about the post from last year about the Cherry Trees and Robins quilt
I am intrigued by this quilt and was very interested to read your post about it. I would love to swap information about it with you
This is definitely not a spam email or anything horrid like that just a request from the other side of the world
Best regards

Oh I love this spring scene so much I might have to work on that next instead of what I had planned (gotta finish my little noah’s ark first). Speaking of my noah’s ark–it is a british transfer too. Can i mail it to you or email the pattern to you? Would you like to see it and possibly use it? I still don’t have adobe photo shop but you might like this….it is very reminiscent of an old german set my brother and I had.
Take care, Hugs,
Mickie
I think I have that first set – the house on the hill looks so familiar. I thought they looked very Mary Engelbreit-ish.
