Getting close to the end now — I’m working on fall and I still have to stitch v, x, y & z — then I’ll be done with the embroidery. I was sort of hoping to do a yellow summer block, but it didn’t work out since I was using a beach scene. My daughter helped me select the pictures from the coloring book.
Oh, there is SO MUCH I like about summer! The little girl is so sweet – love her pigtails and french knot, polka dot suit! The waves and the seashells are wonderful! I think the thread you chose represents all the colors of a summer day at the beach perfectly. Of the letters left, I think I am most curious about X.
